Your data, in plain words.
What we collect when you use this site or talk to us, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do. Last updated 14 October 2026.
1. Who we are
BrokerPulse, P.O. Box 282403, Dubai, UAE, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: info@brokerpulse.net.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, work email and message.
- Estimate form: your company, work email, the audit and options you pick, your markets and the rival brokers you name.
- Email and WhatsApp: what you send us and your contact details.
- Technical data: our host keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a proposal, because you asked us to (steps before a contract).
- To deliver services you sign up for (performance of a contract).
- To keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interests).
- To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).
We will not add you to a mailing list or sell your data.
4. Client data in audits
Data a broker sends us for an audit or monitoring is handled under a separate data processing agreement (DPA), where the broker is the controller and we are the processor. See our methodology for how that data is handled and deleted.
5. Who else sees it
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Google provides our email (Google Workspace) and the fonts on this site (Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads).
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
- Professional advisers, such as our accountant, where needed.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards GDPR allows, such as the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client contact details and contracts: for the relationship, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server logs: kept by our host for a short period only.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to someone else. Email info@brokerpulse.net and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy), though we would like the chance to put things right first.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
