Methodology

How we work out the numbers.

For your finance, dealing and compliance teams. What we calculate, how sure we are, what data we need, and what happens to it.

1. Partner profit

For every partner, over the same period:

Net contribution =
revenue from the partner's clients (markup, commission, swaps, and your B-book result if you run one)
− commission, rebates, CPA and RevShare paid to the partner
− bonuses and promotions given to their clients
− chargebacks and negative balance write-offs

2. How sure we are

ConfirmedMeasured from your data with the agreed formula. Example: a partner paid more in commission than their clients earned you.
SuspectedA pattern that needs investigating before you act. Example: linked accounts on shared devices opening matching trades seconds apart.
OpportunityAn estimate of what a fix could be worth, with the assumptions written next to it. Example: one market reaching another market's KYC pass rate.

We never add these together into one number. After a fix, we measure the result against the baseline and count each saving once.

3. Onboarding testing
